We decided to decorate an outside tree for Christmas.  The Maham's & Waters' were our partners in crime.  It was really fun!  Unfortunately someone stole our decorations, so we had to buy more for next year :(

A Too Busy Tuesday

Randy was traveling for work on Tuesday, Nov. 6th. It was election day. Thankfully I early voted. I dropped off the girls for school at 7:45 & was back at 1:30 for a Yearbook meeting. Lexi stayed after for UIL prep. Cally had Girl Scouts. I dropped off Cally, went back to school & picked up Lexi. We drove back to Girl Scouts & picked up Cally. We then headed to Lexi's guitar lesson at 5. Cally & I walked over to Mr. Gattis for gluten free pizza. We ate pizza after the guitar lesson. We then headed to volleyball practice. Cally's started at 6, Lexi's at 7. My friend Jenn picked up Cally at 6:45 to take her to dance. After coaching volleyball, I picked up Cally at dance at 8, then dropped off Jenn's daughter. We then headed home & got ready for Wednesday. Whew!

November 6th, my cousin Trudy lost her sweet Mom, & her beautiful daughter Stephanie delivered a healthy boy. My Mom's uncle fell & broke his hip. Thinking about my family, my day was really put in perspective. My crazy day was such a blessing.

Cally has really grown as a dancer!  I remember when she was in 2nd grade & she couldn't do this move.  She would try & try.  Now it easy!  So proud of my beautiful dancer.

Trapaze Fun!

Cally was invited to a Trapeze Birthday Party. My reserved child wasn't sure she wanted to participate.  I convinced her that she needed to try it-what a great opportunity!  When else would she get to be part of a private trapeze party/lesson.  To be honest, I don't know how she did it.  I don't think I could have even climbed the ladder-much less swing & flip!  After the first flight Cally broke into tears.  She was very emotional.  Once she landed, she realized what she had just done & kinda lost it.  We took a break & went to the restroom.  I told her just how proud I was of her!  She did it!  She said she was just really scared.  I reminded her of the time that she was bucked off of a horse (I need to post that video).  She got right back on him!  When we got back, She she did just that-she climbed up that tall ladder & did it again, & again, & again & again!  This one ranks up there as one of my favorite Cally moments.  She proved to me today that she CAN do anything!  I am so proud of this girl!  I love you Cally!
